Dr. Drake Vincent, M.D., FAACS
Drake Vincent, MD, FAACS, FABCS, ABAARM is a highly trained and deeply experienced Cosmetic Surgeon with an extensive list of academic and professional achievements.
After receiving his Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Utah with distinction, Dr. Vincent knew right away he wanted to pursue a career in maxillofacial plastic surgery. This facial plastics specialty requires a dental degree prior to attending medical school.
Dr. Vincent began his facial plastics training by obtaining his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from Oregon Health Sciences University. He ranked first in his class, and was awarded with the prestigious Pierre Fauchard outstanding dental student award.
Immediately following dental school, Dr. Vincent attended medical school at the highly respected University of Alabama where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. During his 4th year of medical school he elected to do multiple surgical rotations with some of the most skilled and well known cosmetic surgeons in the world.
After completing his general surgery requirements, Dr. Vincent continued on to pursue his specialty in maxillofacial surgery at the University of Alabama, still one of the top programs in the United States. He trained under the direction of the esteemed Dr. Peter Waite, who has served as president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. During his residency, Dr. Vincent discovered he had both a passion and skill for full face and body cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Vincent then continued his training by completing the surgical requirements in a Full Body Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship under the guidance of Drs. Branman, Devlin, English and Sloan in Little Rock, Arkansas. During this fellowship program, he trained intensively in cosmetic breast and body surgery, liposuction, facial cosmetic surgery as well as endoscopic surgery and other minimally invasive techniques.
He opened his private practice in 2005 in Ogden, Utah. Vincent Surgical Arts grew quickly as Dr. Vincent soon became known for his proprietary facelift technique known as the Swiftlift. After moving his practice to Cottonwood Heights in 2009, Dr. Vincent began his own cosmetic surgery fellowship program under the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. Many up and coming cosmetic surgeons from all over the United States sought training from Dr. Vincent in the art of facial plastics as well as breast and body procedures.

Dr. Emmanuel Samy, DO, MS
Dr. Samy is a board-certified surgeon with advanced fellowship training in bariatric and minimally invasive/robotic surgery, currently completing additional fellowship training in full face and body cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Samy began his academic career at Baylor University, where he graduated with distinction. He then earned his master’s degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center before attending medical school at William Carey University in Mississippi.
He completed his General Surgery Residency at Medical City Plano, where he graduated at the top of his residency class and was selected to serve as Administrative Chief Resident, reflecting his leadership and dedication to surgical excellence.
Following residency, Dr. Samy completed advanced fellowship training in bariatric and minimally invasive/robotic surgery with the prestigious University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and Memorial Hermann Hospital. His experience caring for patients throughout their weight-loss journey gave him a unique appreciation for transformation beyond weight loss alone.
To bring that journey full circle, Dr. Samy is currently completing an intensive Full Face and Body Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship with Dr. Vincent, gaining advanced experience in aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body.
This breadth of training gives Dr. Samy a distinctive approach to patient care. His comprehensive surgical background allows him to see the whole picture—from weight loss and overall health to the pursuit of a natural, aesthetic result. By bringing together the principles of general surgery with advanced bariatric, minimally invasive, robotic, and cosmetic surgical techniques, he is able to evaluate each patient comprehensively and develop an individualized surgical plan centered on safety, proportion, and aesthetics.
Heather Crockett Oram, FNP-C
Expert in Medical Aesthetics
Heather is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive training in aesthetics injections, ablative laser treatments, and medical weight loss management. She has been working as Master Injector alongside Dr. Vincent since 2018 and continues to provide high quality care to all of her patients.She spent 12 years in the Pediatric/Adult ER and ICU before obtaining her Master’s Degree.
She is a bonus mom to 2 wonderful boys, and adopted 3 more children within a span of 2 years with her husband. They enjoy traveling the world and are always planning their next adventure. They enjoy all things outdoors from camping, motorcycles, fishing, raising and hatching chickens, and rescuing cats in need of help.
Her expertise provides quality care with precision, attention to details, education of all viable options, and the ability to listen to patients’ needs and provide honest and realistic results.

Brittany Sulser, FNP-C
Expert in Medical Aesthetics
Brittaney is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree from Westminster College (2016). She began her medical career at an exceptional pace, becoming a registered nurse at just 17 years old. With a deep commitment to excellence, she specializes in delivering natural, refined aesthetic results using the most advanced, evidence-based techniques.
Her approach is rooted in a strong understanding of anatomy, ongoing education, and a passion for helping clients achieve their individual aesthetic goals while maintaining authenticity. Brittaney believes confidence starts from within and is dedicated to helping her patients feel empowered, refreshed, and aligned with their best selves.
Outside of her practice, she is a devoted mother to two teenage boys and enjoys spending time in the mountains, skiing, golfing, and staying active as a nationally competitive bikini bodybuilder.
Sara Maestas, MSN-FNP, APRN, NP-C
Medical Aesthetic Injector, Anti-Aging Expert
Sara is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine, hormone optimization, and Family Medicine. Her approach blends medical expertise with an eye for aesthetics and a passion for helping patients feel confident, healthy, and at their best.
Sara earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Westminster College in Salt Lake City and her undergraduate nursing degree from the University of Utah. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse with University of Utah Health, caring for patients in urgent care and inpatient acute medicine, as well as at Huntsman Cancer Institute. This diverse clinical background provided her with extensive experience caring for patients across a wide range of ages, conditions, and stages of health.
As an experienced medical injector, Sara specializes in neuromodulators including Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin, as well as dermal fillers, biostimulatory treatments, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures. Her medical background, knowledge of facial anatomy, and ongoing advanced training and collaboration with Dr. Vincent guide her approach to aesthetic medicine. She focuses on creating natural, balanced results that complement each patient’s individual features while continually refining her techniques through continued education and hands-on training.
In addition to aesthetic medicine, Sara practices hormone optimization, Family Medicine, and Functional Medicine. Her clinical interests include preventative care, medical weight management, hormone health, and identifying underlying factors that may be contributing to a patient’s symptoms. She also has experience working with patients with autoimmune and complex chronic health concerns, taking a comprehensive approach that considers the many factors that can influence a patient’s overall health and well-being. She enjoys looking at the bigger picture and creating individualized treatment plans that help patients feel and function at their best.
One of Sara’s favorite aspects of her work is seeing the positive changes that occur when patients feel more like themselves. She believes that health, confidence, and overall well-being are deeply connected and is passionate about helping her patients feel their best- whether through improving their health, restoring confidence in their appearance, or both.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her interests include reading, creative pursuits, fitness, good food, beauty, podcasts, style, and live music. She has a lifelong love of learning and enjoys continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
